Syd Leibovitch founded Rodeo Realty in 1986 with a specific purpose in mind: to create a real estate firm with all the resources available to the largest companies combined with the hands-on ability of the neighborhood REALTOR®.

Syd felt that the small companies did not have the resources to effectively market and advertise, and could not cover a large enough marketing area.  At the same time, he felt that the larger companies seemed out of touch with the marketplace and made decisions that did not make sense.  He believed that these large corporations were run by people who had never sold real estate and were too far away to understand the local market conditions.

Operated under the direction and vision of a single owner, Rodeo Realty stands today as one of the largest independent real estate companies in the nation, yet still maintains the friendly boutique feeling of a neighborhood REALTOR®.
