Well, escrow has closed on our home in Calabasas and we're off to Oregon!!!
Susie and I would like to thank you both for all your help with the sale. It seems to be unreal for us even as we think of it:
On October 20th you came out and put the For Sale sign out in front of the house. At 6:00 that evening we left to go to the airport for our month vacation in Africa. (Do you remember?).
We arrived in Cape Town on October 22nd and that evening we heard from you that you had an offer on our house! Not only did you get an offer, but it was an offer that we were more than happy to take. Susie was in shock. We expected to at least have the house on the market for one month. We knew you two worked fast, but not this fast!
Not only did you sell our house quickly, you always kept in touch with us via e-mail. Even when we boarded the cruise ship in Cape Town you both kept Susie and I informed about everything. Not one e-mail from us went unanswered. You took care of all details for us, from big to small. Susie felt extremely comfortable leaving the key to our home with you. She knew she could trust you with everything. We are both so grateful for your extreme thoughtfulness and for never letting us down.
